Please read the following page carefully.

The differentiating factor between transcription providers, apart from cost, is quality.  Many transcription companies in the UK re-outsource all their work to third party companies in countries such as India or Romania, and the work will be done by non-native speakers of English, meaning that the quality may be extremely poor.

At Way With Words, however, we never outsource work to other companies, and we employ only qualified native English speakers.  Our rates include a best effort to make out the less clear words and phrases in your recordings, rather than simply omitting them as others may do.

Call Recording: you can use our server to record your telephone interviews for transcription.

Interview Recording: when you conduct a face-to-face interview on your premises, you can telephone into our server, and we will record the interview for you through your speakerphone or conference phone.
